Congratulations to Mark Colella for winning $500 in the first Cleveland Comedy Challenge Stand-Up Comedy Competition at the Ground Floor Theater. A new competition began last week as eight local and regional comics competed for the right to move on to the semi-finals on March 22nd in hopes of capturing the $500 prize. The contest continues this Wednesday as two more winner look to move on. The winner is determined by a combination of judge vote and audience vote.
The stand-up competition runs every Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. The Ground Floor Theater is a new comedy theater located at 2781 Euclid Heights Blvd. (at Coventry) in the old Centrum Movie Theater.
