HR Matters: History of Race & Its Impact in the Workplace

As generations in the workplace change, the culture of the workplace becomes a very important aspect of growing a diverse workforce.

During this interactive workshop, professionals will participate in engaging roundtable discussions and reflective exercises about race. Participants will examine US history and learn how institutional and systemic racism impact their decision-making and relationships in the workplace. They will gain strategies to dismantle institutional racism to provide equitable treatment and inclusive work environments for both employees and clients.
