Miss Bernadette Peters, stars in a one-night only concert on Friday, March 28th 8:00 p.m. in the Allen Theater at Playhouse Square. The North Coast Men’s Chorus Richard Cole Music Director, opens this stellar event with their signature mix of song and dance. Miss Peters’ performance is accompanied by the renowned Cleveland Pops Orchestra, Carl Topilow founder.
Peters serves on the Board of Directors for Manhattan Theater Club and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Peters’ “pet project” is Broadway Barks, an annual, star-studded dog adoption event, she founded with friend Mary Tyler Moore, benefiting animal shelters throughout New York. The Cleveland Animal Protective League will showcase a few companions up for adoption in the lobby during the event.
