Where:    Audubon Society of Greater Cleveland’s NOVAK Sanctuary

When:     Saturday, April 5, 2008 - 6:30 P.M. - free and open to the public

Witness the fantastic aerial display and courtship dance of the bird affectionately known as the Timber Doodle as he tries to impress the gals! If you haven’t seen this wonderful ritual you have got to join us! It is an site to behold and to remember and an annual reminder of the arrival of spring.

 

Meet walk leader and local expert naturalist Jim Tomko in the parking lot on the east side of Townline Road, about ˝ mile north of Rt. 82 in Aurora. For directions to the Novak Sanctuary, visit the web site at www.clevelandaudubon.org, click on "Sanctuaries" and then choose the tab for "Novak."

 

Please remember to  come prepared for the weather, including the appropriate footwear to safely and easily navigate our Sanctuary’s natural pathways.
