Clevelanders who believe that Hope is Global are invited to join InterAct Cleveland and other sponsors at an interreligious gathering. At the rally interreligious musical performances, guest speakers and action tables will inform those attending of the ongoing crisis facing the Darfuri population. There will be opportunities to participate in Tents of Hope, a project that spreads awareness through creating local, hand-painted tents; as well as to support solar cooker and backpack fundraiser projects sponsored by the Jewish World Watch. Guests will be asked to sign up to be involved in future activities at state and national levels, including a rally on the Mall in Washington, D.C., Oct. 10–12, 2008.
