tannaz farsi:  the formal absences of precious things opens with an artist's talk between Tannaz Farsi and Nancy Prudic, sculptor and educator at 6:30 p.m. on March 28.  The opening and Artist's Talk are free and open to the public.  Farsi is an Iranian-American Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon in Eugene.
