Celebrity Chef Cooking Class: Make your reservation for “Barbecue 101” with KCBS Certified Barbecue Judge Steve Lorenz on Sunday, May 4 at 4:00p.m. at Old Stone Church. The cost is $15 per person. The proceeds will go toward Transitional Housing Inc. and Tremont Montessori School.
The menu will be pulled pork, coleslaw, beans and rice, and crusty bread. Chef Lorenz will demonstrate how to prepare the pulled pork, from where to buy it to serving it at the table. The side dishes will be made while the pork is coming together. Wine tasting will also take place, sponsored by Constantino’s Market (9th Street location).

Checks should be made payable to Old Stone Church with a notation for “Cooking Class”. Parking will be validated and valet parking will be available.
