Freekbass, The Doug Johns Duo -

Freekbass is a guy AND a band, and they are both returning to the Winchester in grand style.  Freebass the guy comes equipped with funky costumes and custom BASS guitar and the blessings of Bootsy Collins of whom Freek is his protege.  This funk trio lays down a groove and keeps it going all night, complete with an M.C. like James Brown.  Local Bass hero Doug Johns who played with Neil Zaza for years, opens the show at 9pm.  Tickets are $10.00.
