Cosmetology
Program approved by the Ohio Board of Cosmetology. The skills that are covered prepare the student to provide professional hairstyling, professional skin care and nail maintenance treatments. Coursework includes anatomy and physiology of the head, face, and arm, chemical properties of products, facial treatments, makeup and skin care, comprehensive hair services and manicures and pedicures, employment preparation and customer service. Upon successful completion of this part-time 1500-hour course, students will be eligible to take the Ohio Board of Cosmetology State Licensing Exam.
