RE/MAX Associate Launches Foreclosure Bus
Program in Area
(Strongsville, Ohio – April 19th) – Local RE/MAX agent Al Stasek and the Stasek Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Crossroads Properties, will be running bus tours for buyers interested in properties in foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and bank short sales. “Ohio ranked fourth nationally in the number of foreclosures filings in January,” said Stasek. “The positive side of that is that buyers can find some real bargains. Our goal is to help those buyers, reduce inventory of distressed properties and bring values back up. On these bus tours we will educate buyers about the benefits, as well as the pitfalls, of purchasing distressed properties. We will cover the dollar amount the homes last appraised at, the asking price, and what similar homes have sold for in the neighborhood. Buyers can make offers while on the bus. A portion of the revenue earned on every sale will be donated to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, so we are really looking forward to positively impacting the lives of many people as a result of our tours.”
Tours will be about three hours in length and will be held at various locations in the Greater Cleveland area, every other week.
The Strongsville Tour is now SOLD OUT. The next tour is scheduled for Saturday, May 3rd, and will embark from the RE/MAX Crossroads Properties office at 5164 Normandy Park, Suite 100 at 11 a.m.
Cost is $15 per person, which includes lunch and beverages.
