Sunrise Sing-along with the Birds of Shaker Lakes

Ornithologist Dr. Donald Kroodsma and Museum staff
Join Explorer Series lecturer Donald Kroodsma and Museum staff on the boardwalk at Shaker Lakes for the bird sounds of early spring. Kroodsma is the author of The Singing Life of Birds and is recognized for his research into the role of vocalization in the life of birds. This is one of the most exciting times of year for birders in our region, as it seems each day brings a reintroduction to an old acquaintance or the discovery of a new friend. Walking should be relatively easy, and we have requested fine weather.
