Beginning as a harsh avant-garde hardcore band, Japan's Boris have become the quintessential Psych Rock bands of the 2000s by slowing down there songs and becoming quite prolific. They began to experiment and cross breed heavy metal, drone, noise and ambient musics. The seemingly never ending plether of LPs, CDs and 7 inches have made this band quite collectable. They are often described as a drone rock band and sometimes as even a doom-metal band, but despite the fact that no one really can pigeonhole them, one thing is clear, that they ROCK and there first performance in Cleveland is not to be missed.
