The Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI) and TechLift will host a free workshop to help technology businesses ensure they meet accounting system requirements to be eligible for federal funding on May 29, 2008 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the OAI headquarters.
It is necessary for businesses competing for federal funding to have an adequate accounting system approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) in order to receive subsidy.
Presenter, Kevin M. McQuade, president and CEO of MSM Group Inc., will provide an overview of, and how to meet, the requirements of an adequate accounting structure.
MSM Group Inc. provides back-office accounting and IT solutions to government and commercial sectors, specializing in accounting and information systems for small businesses performing government contracts.
