This workshop for women in transition applies a mind/body/spirit approach to change using hands-on creative expression, gentle movement, and personal growth exercises. It will offer information, practices, and exercises that examine our responses to change, identify personal goals and gifts, and methods for setting intentions and follow-up support.

Presenters:
Nancy O. Arnold, Life Change Consultant, specializing in a ministry of grief recovery, spiritual direction, and personal growth.
Nancy Gardner is a certified Tai Chi and energy-movement instructor and an international seminar preenter. Nancy has been studying Chinese martial arts, Qigong, Yoga, Polarity Therapy and other healing modalities since 1985.
Stacia Davis Moore is a working artist who facilitates personal, creative, and spiritual growth for people through workshops and training. She works with individuals, groups, and businesses.
