Realty Corporation of America and the Bluestone Community Announced today our Summer calendar of events. These events will include broker's open houses, wine and cheese parties, cookouts and amazing incentives! These events are designed to encourage everyone to preview the beautiful loft building, the outstanding Bluestone Community and our sales center.
The following events have been scheduled to allow members of the real estate community to learn more about Bluestone.
Broker's Opens with catered lunch
Tuesday July 22nd – noon until 3:00 PM
Tuesday August 5th – noon until 3:00 PM
Tuesday September 9th – noon until 3:00 PM
Tuesday September 30th – noon until 3:00 PM
In addition, the following events are open to everyone!
Wine and Cheese Parties
Thursday – July 31st from 5:00-7:00 PM
Thursday – August 21st from 5:00-7:00 PM
Thursday – September 18th from 5:00-7:00 PM
Weekend Events
Saturday July 19th and Sunday July 20th - Double your downpayment weekend! Bluestone will credit you up to $10,000 in matching funds to assist clients with making more substantial downpayments.
August 2nd and 3rd – Double your downpayment weekend!
August 23rd and 24th - $10,000 in builder upgrades available
