The Savannah has always been known for its Blues music, so we plan to take it one step further.

"Jump Blues" originated in the late 40's and early 50's. It was the music that preceeded Rock n Roll and many early rockers, such as Elvis Presley and Bill Haley, credit their roots to "Jump Blues" music. We believe "Jump Blues" music is the easiest music to dance. It usually comes in eight-beat rhythm and often has a consistent beat. You have probably heard some of these songs; you just never realized what they were.

The Savannah has the best southern style menu north of the Mason-Dickson line. Come by early for great afternoon meal and plan to partake in our complimentary swing dance lesson at 5:00 PM.

DON'T MISS THE LESSON! Our lessons will help you to dance smoother to this style of music. Then we will entertain you with some of the best american music ever recorded. We will have trivia contests and dance entertainment and the floor will always be slick!
