A SENIOR HEALTH and WELLNESS FAIR will be held on Saturday, August 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Sterling Oaks Independent Living Community in the Activities Center. The event is Open to the Public and is themed, "Activate Health and Wellness" - become part of building a healthy senior community.
The target audience is for adults 55 and older, caregivers, family, friends, elder guardians and our Sterling Oaks residents.
The health fair event is to showcase the collaborative efforts between Sterling Oaks as the host and the experts in the areas of home health care for non-medical and medical products and services, fitness and nutrition & healthy foods and much more to all in the surrounding communities.
Additionally, tours of Sterling Oaks and blood pressure readings will be given.
We encourage you to come and visit the vendor booths, to engage interactively by asking questions, gathering important and free information and just enjoy a day spent with us.
