South Euclid Humane Society will host an animal adoption event at South Euclid Home Days on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday July 27, 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. at Bexley Park, 1601 Felton Road (between Miramar and Wrenford). Cats and kittens will be available for adoption. Homeless, adoptable pets will be available to good homes. There is an adoption fee.
Proceeds from the event will be used to organize spay/neuter programs for pets of South Euclid residents and to provide medical assistance for homeless animals. SEHS representatives will discuss the importance of spay and neuter and other information regarding the care and treatment of animals.
The South Euclid Humane Society is a not-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to finding homes and providing the proper care for homeless, abandoned, injured, and sick animals. Six million healthy adoptable animals were destroyed in the U.S. last year, because there were no homes for them. For more information, call (216) 291-8773.
