NATIONAL RADIO STAR BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE®
BRINGING HIS LIVE COMEDY SHOW TO CLEVELAND

“Bubbapalooza” To Play Agora Theatre & Ballroom on Saturday, Aug. 16

TAMPA, FLORIDA –– Tickets are still on sale for Bubbapalooza, the live comedy event presented and hosted by top-rated national radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge®, taking place on Saturday, August 16 at Cleveland’s legendary Agora Theatre & Ballroom. Doors are at 8 pm and show time is 9 pm.

Bubbapalooza is a multi-media production hosted by Bubba the Love Sponge®, featuring his radio show’s most popular and hilarious routines, parodies and rants. Bubbapalooza stars the co-hosts of the Bubba the Love Sponge® Show – Bubba, Ned, Brent Hatley, Manson and Spiceboy – along with show regulars such as 25 Cent, Hammil, Miller and others.

Bubbapalooza has played to sold-out houses in Ft. Myers, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Chicagoland and Atlantic City. For the latter, Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Michael Klein wrote on May 8: “If experience is a guide, tickets will be sucked up in mere moments tomorrow for a summertime multimedia show by Sirius radio's Bubba the Love Sponge.” Bubba said, “The Bubba Army’s Cleveland faction has been fierce about us bringing the show there, so it’s definitely gonna rock.”

After almost 20 years of dominating terrestrial radio, Bubba the Love Sponge® was recruited by Howard Stern to host a national, uncensored, afternoon talk show on Sirius Satellite Radio that launched in January 2006 and has become one of satellite radio’s most popular programs. Since January, Bubba has also been hosting a live morning program on rock radio stations WHPT-FM/Tampa, FL and WFYV-FM/Jacksonville, FL - making him and his co-hosts the first in the industry to host two separate, full-length, live daily radio programs on both satellite and terrestrial radio. The shows are broadcast from Bubba’s custom-built studio in Tampa, Florida, which is regularly visited by stars from the worlds of sports, comedy, music, TV and adult film/video.

Ticket prices for the August 16 show are $35, $45, $55 and $150.00 (the latter ticket price is for a limited number of VIP tickets that include premium seating and a pre-show meet-and-greet). Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com) or at the Agora box office (phone 216-881-6700). The Agora Theatre and Ballroom is located at 5000 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland. His career has encompassed top-rated morning radio shows in Terre Haute, Grand Rapids, San Antonio, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando, Milwaukee and Tampa Bay, for which he’s been recognized with Billboard and Radio and Records awards.
