Move over Times Square. For thirteen years Northeast Ohioans have found a better way to celebrate the New Year. This year, the emphasis will be on great music and laughs a-plenty. Come see, hear and laugh at Billy Bob, Billy Joe and Billy Billee. Straight from their sell-out show at The Luxor in Las Vegas, these three funny and lovable rednecks also happen to possess big-time operatic voices. The POPS' two-hour New Year's Eve concert begins at 9:00 p.m., followed at 11:00 p.m. by social dancing to two bands in two locations at Severance Hall. Tickets $29 to $99. Dancing continues through the midnight hour and ends around 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Day. There is no better way to bring in the New Year.
