This will be the way to finally get that significant other, friend or family member to try yoga and you will both enjoy how much you can get out of yoga when practiced with a partner.
We will perform traditional asanas (poses) involving both people doing the same pose at the same time, two partners intertwining to create one pose, or one partner supporting the other in their pose. The asanas focus on building communication, trust and sensitivity to your partner's needs.
Partner yoga promotes fun, laughter and creativity as well as relaxation, concentration and balance. Experience the reward of sharing your yoga practice with another person.
No experience necessary.
