Experience one of the largest economic development events of the year showcasing positive visions of Cleveland on Saturday, September 6 from 11:00am – 4:00pm. 10,000 Visions of Cleveland, a partnership between 10,000 Little (Micro) Ideas and the Greater Cleveland Partnership, will feature over 100 developments happening in Cleveland right now that prove it is not a dying city.
The event will take place at the Galleria at Erieview in downtown Cleveland, on the corner of West 9th Street and St. Clair Avenue. Attendees will witness what’s good about Cleveland in three major areas: sustainability, economic development, and lifestyle. Cost is $10/person (children under 12 FREE) Afterward, all attendees will be escorted to the West 6th Street entertainment district by the new RTA Healthline buses for a block party that will include food and beverage specials at area restaurants, live bands The Breakfast Club and Umojah Nation, apartment tours in one of the most vitalized neighborhoods in Cleveland.

The website features participating businesses and organizations, registration options, and an opportunity for individuals to submit their vision of Cleveland and a chance to win $1,000. A few of the participants are Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, The Cleveland Foundation, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland City Council, and the NASA Glenn Research Center.
To help promote the event, representatives from both presenting organizations will visit various restaurants and businesses from 5:30-8:00pm, to answer questions and encourage attendance. Friday, 8/29 representatives will be at select restaurants on W. 6th and W. 9th Streets; Saturday, 8/30, in the Tremont neighborhood; Wednesday 9/3 on W. 4th Street; Thursday, 9/4 eastside locations Cedar/Lee, Cedar/Fairmount, Shaker Square, and Little Italy; and on Friday, 9/5 in Ohio City. Additional promotions are being done in cooperation with area college campuses and at Winking Lizard restaurant locations.
