Raphaella Segal, Assistant Mayor of Kedumim, was born in South Africa and came to Israel as a young child. Infused with the love of Israel and Zionism, she and her husband Avi, joined the pioneers who established Kedumim on Chanukah 1975, and moved into a 24-square meter mobile home with the first group of families settling on the barren hilltop of Kedumim. In her presentation, Raphaella will speak about Kedumim’s unique Bnei Chayil School for ADD and ADHD youth as well as give an insider view of recent developments in Judea and Samaria.

Lectures will take place at Sinai Synagogue (Fuchs Mizrachi School) 2301 Fenwick Rd, University Heights at 7:00 p.m.
