The only animation festival curated by animators (in this case, Mike Judge) returns for its fourth go-round with a superb collection of 18 funny, dazzling new shorts from around the world. Among the highlights: Bill Plympton’s Hot Dog; Western Spaghetti by stop-motion superstar PES; and the undertaker comedy This Way Up, the first commissioned short by British design team Smith and Foulkes, who have made award-winning commercials for Coke and Motorola.
