Please join us for Pizazzz 2008, Cleveland's largest black-tie benefit. All proceeds will benefit St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Cleveland's longest-serving hospital. The night will be filled with glamorous dining and dancing, with musical performances from the Michael Carney Orchestra from New York City.

Cocktail reception begins at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner and dancing commence at 8:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel's Grand Ballroom.

The proceeds from Pizazzz 2008 will support the creation of a patient-Centered Medical Home for individuals in need at St. Vincent Charity Hospital.

Individual tickets (include dinner, dancing and valet parking) are priced at three levels.
Patron: $250 per person ($140 tax-deductible)
Contributor: $500 per person ($390 tax-deductible)
Benefactor: $1,000 per person ($890 tax-deductible)
