Start celebrating Halloween a little early at a local graveyard. "Meet Your Neighbors" guided walking tour with "residents" coming to life at historic cemetery, 3207 Monroe St., between West 25th St. and Fulton Avenue. Saturday, Oct. 18, rain or shine. Program starts promptly at 4 p.m., followed by one-time guided tour to meet prominent Ohio City Victorians from mayors to a shipbuilder with reenactors including author Alan Fodor. $10 and no credit cards please.
