NUMBER OF PLAYERS 8 players (7 field players + 1 goalkeeper) 4 women must be on the field at all times (a goalie is considered on the field)
Teams may start the game with only 6 players present (3 male, 3 female)
FIELD OF PLAY Boundaries: 290ft. x 170ft. Goals: 7ft. x 21ft. Penalty area: 34 yards x 15 yards
DURATION OF THE MATCH Each game will consist of 2 – 20 minute halves with a 5 minute half time. There will be a running clock maintained by the referee. The clock will stop for injury timeouts. Delay tactics will allow the referee to stop the clock at his/her discretion.
Teams will alternate kickoffs and exchange ends between each half.
A coin toss will be called by the home team. The winner may choose to kick off first or choose a half to defend.
