All Independent Entries must be received by July 21.
The Course:
This "boot camp style" obstacle course contains stations to test the speed, strength and agility of participants. Each obstacle was mirrored after boot camps, SWAT courses and strong man competition.
The obstacles include:
1. A 25 yard sprint. 2. Step-thru station with tires. 3. Jumping over and crawling under a series of hurdles. 4. Carrying 2 - 15 lb weights around a series of cones. 5. Walking across a balance beam. 6. "Army" crawl under a series of obstacles. 7. Jumping Rope. 8. 100 yard dash.
