This Week we will feature Frank West & Co. backed by the UNIT!
Every Thursday night Cleveland's hip and chic head to the Historic Warehouse District. A once-a-month "tryout" which began in April of 2008 has resulted in weekly live neo-soul, R&B and hip-hop shows at the Sunset Lounge. The momentum of the event has in fact created a movement.
The cornerstone of this weekly event is a great young band called The UNIT. The band is lead by drummer Nate Ford and the beautiful lead singer Chimera Wilson. The UNIT steps into the spotlight twice a month with a three-hour set of soul, r & b, funk hip hop and jazz. The other two weeks feature a variety of very talented bands and special live music events.
