05/27/09 Hey my friends I am helping organizing a huge event from June 27th until July 5th,2009 at the Football Hall of Fame in Canton Ohio , It is a Jr World Championship (Jwcfootball.com)Fawcett Stadium, the best of the best in High School Football, and yes for the ones who don't know, in Mexico we are true fans of American Football, you'll be surprise how many Latinos watch and feell Football (not futbol) or Soccer ( Gringos term for soccer jaja. ) We are calling to all Latino and none Latino Crowd to help me pass the voice for this event, Team USA is playing too and we are supporting them too!!I am going to be helping as a volunteer on selling tickets and all kinds of stuff!!, I might event dress like a Mariachi or sell tacos on the steet to promote this event "whatever it takes right?". But more than that is be part of Team Mexico History!!!.
We are planning the first MEXICAN TAIL GATE PARTY at the parking lot of the Football Hall of Fame before Team Mexico plays against Sweden on June 27th at 4pm. This Tail gate party is not confirmed yet because we still looking for sponsors and the OK of the Football Hall of Fame's office".
Team Mexico arrives to the City of Canton on June 24th Time TBA, and we are doing a welcome party for them at a local Church in Canton Ohio, and we need your help in attending this Fiesta!! . Is going to be music, food, sponsored by The "El Campesino Mexican Restaurant", and is your chance to Network, plan for future projects , exchange business cards or just to have a good time!!. The most important thing about this sporting event is that the Latino Community is trying to bring more of this social and Cultural venues in the future. Increasing more presence and participation of the Hispanics in the Area (Summit Co,Portage Co,Stark Co) and more. WE NEED MORE LATINOS INVOLVE ON THIS!!!! AYUDAME. SI SE PUEDE!!! SI SE PUEDE!!!
