Margie Flynn, Principal and Co-owner of BrownFlynn
Margie shares her deeply ingrained passion for the community and belief in “doing well by doing good” as principal and co-owner of BrownFlynn. Margie speaks the language of bottom-line impact and has been instrumental in shaping a variety of responsible practices for regional, national and global corporations and organizations.
Margie’s strong commitment to ethical business practices and eye on global impact also make her a dynamic speaker and trusted advisor for clients who seek to improve their business practices while catalyzing positive change. She approaches all obstacles with unfailing optimism, pragmatism and a willingness to listen, which has led her to mastermind creative strategic alliances, long-term communication solutions and valuable community relationships for clients.
Before 1996, Margie spent more than a decade with National City Corporation where she served as co-vice president and manager of National City Corporation’s corporate communications department with Barb Brown.

George Nemeth, Veteran Blogger and Author
As a veteran blogger (BrewedFreshDaily.com launched in 2002) George loves to talk about social media (Twitter, Facebook, you name it) to area groups such as The Web Association, AAF Student Days, Leadership Akron, NEO DMA, PRSA, COSE/NEOSA, as well as Blog World Expo.
George's work focuses on the uses of technology as a means of managing knowledge and collaboration in organizations. Currently, Nemeth is working with cool clients to achieve their dreams.
George has to his credits the creation and promotion of online and offline communities, including the Cleveland Social Media Club, Brewed Fresh Daily, and Meet.The.Bloggers*. He is formerly the CIO of CoolCleveland.com as well as Social Media Strategist at Optiem, an interactive marketing agency in Cleveland, OH.
He's recently publish a book with co-author Jack Ricchiuto on building community by intentionally creating new conversation titled "Instructions from the Cook".
George serves as a president of the board of directors at ArtsCollinwood, an organization who's goaI is to support a stimulating arts environment and to encourage continuing education in the arts by offering a wide variety of cultural activities for residents of all ages.
With a BA from John Carroll University in Business Administration,George has worked in information management systems with companies including Swagelok and NCS DataCom, and is fluent in XML, RSS, scripting languages, and a variety of databases.
He's also been an instructor at several area schools leading students in a self-directed exploration of graphic communication, focusing on the use of blogs, wikis, and other traditional forms of print and electronic media.
