8th Annual Warehouse District Street Festival
Sunday, August 5, 2012
12 Noon - 8 PM
West Sixth Street in the Historic Warehouse District
Offering delicious food, live entertainment, an art show, residential open
houses from 12 Noon - 5 PM, children's activities and much more, this event
attracts thousands of people each year.
Admission is FREE.
The entertainment schedule includes Noel Quintana's Latin Crew, Lost State
of Franklin, Umojah Nation, Cutest Dog Contest, Get Hep Swing, Champion
Bubblers with Horns, Madison Crawl, Sammy DeLeone, Joe Bell & The Swing
Lizards, CoCoBeanOs and The Websters. Plus... a chalk artist, unique
street performers, Cleveland Sports Team Participation, an architectural
tour, clown, origamist, juggler, magician, face painter and more!
Food participants to date include Barley House, Bar Louie, The Blind Pig,
BRGR 9, Charka Exotic Indian Cuisine, Constantino's Market, El Guero
Mexican Grill, Gillespie's Map Room, Johnny's Downtown, Johnny's Little
Bar, LiquidSixx, Taza, Tequila Ranch and XO Prime Steaks.
The Street Festival receives public support with local tax dollars from
Cuyahoga Arts & Culture to preserve and enrich our region's artistic and
cultural heritage. The Festival is also sponsored by Councilman Joe
Cimperman Ward 3, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, Dave's Supermarket, Flack
Steel, Dollar Bank, RTA, Renewal by Andersen, Barley House, Landmark
Management, Sugar Salon and Spa, WOIO Channel 19 and WDOK Radio. The
Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation would like to thank all
who make the festival possible.
$2 parking is available for the Street Festival at parking lots on West 6th
Street and West 9th Street courtesy of Ampco System Parking.
