Millionaires' Row, The Legacy of Euclid Avenue is an extraordinary exhibit explores the history and legacy of families and individuals who lived on Cleveland’s Euclid Avenue during the years 1880 – 1929, and directly connects their history and the achievements of this period to the economic, cultural and civic amenities and institutions of modern-day Cleveland.
At 12,000 square feet, this exhibit will feature numerous Euclid Avenue families and individuals, including John D. Rockefeller, Samuel Mather, Jeptha Wade, George W. Crile, Charles Brush, John Hay, Amasa Stone, and Thomas H. White and will represent every part of the Society’s major collections, including the Hay-McKinney Mansion, the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, the Chisholm Halle Costume Wing, and the Society’s research library.
