Hot Talks: Human Trafficking Highway

November 14, 2017 12:00 to 13:00

Hot Talks are free, interactive discussions open to all.

NOVEMBER HOT TALK
FACT: Ohio ranks fourth in human trafficking calls to the National Human Trafficking Hotline. That's according to Governor John Kasich's 2017 tax force report that released earlier in 2017.

Human trafficking is today's slavery. It happens around the country, around the globe and right here in our community. It can't be ignored, but what can we do to educate ourselves and help victims?

Meet us at the Bar for an engaging conversation with our presenters about this critical issue.
-- Theresa Flores – human trafficking survivor, author, advocate and founder of S.O.A.P. (Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution)
-- Kirsti Mouncey, LISW-S, LCDC III – Chief Program Officer, Cleveland Rape Crisis Center
-- Diane Citrino of Giffen & Kaminski will moderate the discussion

After brief, introductory remarks, the conversation will be open to all for an interactive question and answer period. Bring your questions, your views, your criticisms - whatever you've got - and come meet us at the bar for Hot Talks on November 14 at noon.

No need to RSVP. This brown bag lunch event. If you have any questions, please contact the CMBA at (216) 696-3525
