Women's Qigong/Yoga for Midlife

This class is designed for women in midlife who are interested in improving their mental and physical health through movement and breath. Yoga is good for any age, it’s just a matter of choosing the correct type and working within your abilities. It will help you to age better, keep you flexible and build strength. Qi-
gong’s gentle and repetitive movements harmonize, strengthen and heal internal organs and bodily systems. It increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body which rejuvenates the body and calms the mind. Tension which may have been stored for years is gently released.

Get the most from a practice customized for your stage in life. We can make literal, physical changes that help preserve and increase our health and vitality into the future. Find your best version of you and your tribe of like-minded people in this welcoming class.

Chairs and props are available so no prior experience is necessary in either qi-gong or yoga.

This class meets every Saturday from 9 to 10AM.
$13 drop-in/five classes $60.
