Jujitsu Self-Defense for Adults & Teens

October 11, 2018 6:30PM to 8:00PM

Jujitsu training, like real self-defense and life itself, is not one-size-fits-all. We all learn in different ways. Class instruction should be personalized and molded to the needs and aspirations of each student as an individual. In the end, the essence of Jujitsu training is Personal Survival and Self-Defense, and perfecting your technique and YOURSELF as a human being. You are learning a useful skill that will serve you throughout your life.

Year-round classes. For questions or to start training AFTER session has begun, contact Instructor Directly at [email protected] Current 8-Week Sessions run Sept 25 - Nov 20 (Tuesdays, 6:30-8PM) AND Sept 27 - Nov 15 (Thursdays, 6:30-8PM) at the Willoughby Browning Center.
