Get prepped on HIV, AIDS, PrEP & PEP

April 16, 2018 18:00 to 20:00

Join us for an important community dinner and dialogue on HIV/AIDS presented by the LGBT Cleveland Community Center. Come learn the basics of HIV/ AIDS and take a more in-depth look at the difference between PrEP and PEP and how to use them. We’ll discuss how PrEP and PEP work, their benefits and limitations, and how to know if using PrEP and PEP is right for you, your clients, or your patients. You'll also learn where to refer people looking for HIV/AIDS management assistance. Whether you want to keep yourself safe and healthy or you’re looking for information for your clients and patients, join us for this important community conversation.

Social workers can earn 2 free CEU credits by attending.

This is part of Preterm’s Community Event Series, so it’s free and open to the public! No RSVP necessary. Parking is available in the Preterm parking lot. Dinner will be provided. For more information, email [email protected]
