KSU Men's and Women's Choruses

April 20, 2018 8 PM to 9:30 PM

Enjoy an evening of world premieres with the Men’s and Women’s Choruses on Fri., April 20 at 8 p.m. in Ludwig Recital Hall. Under the Direction of Deborah Devore, the Women’s Chorus will premiere their commissioned work “A Thousand Voices” by Tara Traxler, with the composer in attendance. The Men’s Chorus, directed by Byron Black II, will premiere “Alleluia” by KSU student composer Todd St. John. The concert will also feature student soloist Matt Flors and graduate student conductor Jinhua Zhang.

Ludwig Recital Hall in the Center for the Performing Arts, 1325 Theatre Drive on the Kent Campus. There is a fee for this event. Free parking.

$13 seniors and Kent State University faculty and staff
$10 groups of 10 or more patrons
$8 non-Kent State students and Kent State students ineligible for the Fee for Free
