Let’s Move It!® CLE: 8 Week Wellness Challenge

JOIN US for a fun & exciting 8 WEEK HEATLH CHALLENGE KICK OFF Thursday, May 17th, 2018
Calling all residents of Cleveland’s near west side communities!
Join us for this 8 week wellness challenge sponsored by Cleveland Clinic, Michael Zone Recreation Center, Cudell Recreation Center, Clark Recreation Center, and other community partners.
The kick off event includes FREE health screenings, Zumba, refreshments, raffle prizes, music, recipes, and fun for the whole family!

FREE EVENT: Each week of the challenge will include presentations on various health topics every Thursday, May 25 thru July 5th at 6- 6:30 PM. AFTER the health talk WE EXERCISE! YOU can choose to WALK or participate in the EXERCISE of the WEEK at ZONE RECREATION CENTER, such as STRETCH BAND CONDITIONING WITH COPS, STREETWISE SELF DEFENSE, BOXING, ZUMBA, RAQUETBALL, CORE WORKOUTS and AQUACISE.
Prizes each week and grand prizes at the end of the challenge!

The “Let’s Move It!® CLE” Healthy Communities Initiative (HCI) is a collaborative effort between Cleveland Clinic and community partners to promote optimal health and wellness. Based on the Community Health Needs Assessment and utilizing combined resources within our local communities, HCI programs will be customized around four core areas: physical activity, nutrition, tobacco cessation, and lifestyle management
