RA Washington’s Blach Eunuch – Book Release and Reading

RA Washington is the founder of Guide to Kulchur, a creative project that hosts artist events and talks. Guide to Kulchur is a pay-what-you-want book store that features curated local and small press books & classic literature. RA, through his work as a publisher, artist, and community figure has inspired and motivated artists young and old to learn and create Many projects have come to fruition through his support. He is a musician and producer who’s current projects include Mourning [A] BLKstar and BLKTYGR. BLACK Eunuch is his 30th book that collects poems about how people treat love and passion in different ways, for different things while trying to identify that within himself.
Julio Montalvo Valentin is the author of two chapbooks, Don’t Give up the Ship and Ship Lost. He is one of the editors and founders of CWP Collective Press. Julio is also an editor for the Mutate Re and Portrait, as well as a blogger for Plurality Press. You can find him working on his next project, converting a school bus into a poetry caravan for his next poetry tour.
Siaara Freeman is the current Lake Erie Siren & is 28 years of dramatic entrances & exits from Cleveland Ohio
She is unsure if she is more necromancer or poet.. She’s been published in Glass, Pinch, Drunk In A Midnight Choir, Texas Borderline Review, Black Napkin press & others. She has toured both nationally and internationally. A two time nominee for the pushcart prize, a finalist for the 2017 button poetry chapbook competition and apart of 2017 bettering american poetry anthology. Siaara is a PinkDoor She is the recipient of the Winter Tangerinee Fellowship & her first published chapbook will be released from HoneySuckle press in 2019. She is the founder of Wusgood.Black and a reader for Tinderbox. In her spare time she is growing her afro so tall God mistakes it for a microphone and tries to speak through her.
