The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., a search and recruiting firm specializing in locating, recruiting, and placing top engineering, technical & manufacturing professionals has been tasked by a client, a manufacturer of Industrial Wireless Instrumentation & Communicators, to find a highly qualified Inside Technical Sales Engineer for its Northeastern Ohio location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and organized engineering professional who has previous customer service experience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting customers on the telephone with hardware and software application issues, keeping the customer apprised of client’s products, providing quotations, doing follow up and entering orders.

Qualifications:
The chosen applicant will be responsible for learning the client’s product line and all necessary related information required to assist customers. The candidate must be an excellent communicator with an ease with people and a professional demeanor. Applicant should have experience within the industrial wireless instrumentation industry or related area such as sensors,instrumentation, or controls. Client would prefer a BSEE but will consider other engineering or technically related BS degrees.

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary will be 40-55k per year with a competitive benefits package. No relocation package is offered.
