Architect
Our Client who is based in Cleveland, OH and recognized as one of the leading design firms in the country, having received numerous awards at the state, regional, and national level, including honors from the American Institute of Architects. Needs an experienced, senior level design architect to work on institutional, retail, government, healthcare / senior living and corporate projects. This position requires leadership abilities, communications skills, and organizational abilities, as well as design and visualization/documentation talent. Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and to deal with clients is a must.
Hiring qualifications:
1. At least four to six years of architectural experience 2. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture 3. License not required but needs to be actively perusing 4. Must be familiar with building code requirements, contract preparation and negotiation 5. Ability to develop design concepts, produce contract documents and interpret client needs 6. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected 7. Able to direct the work of others 8. Must be proficient with AutoCAD software
