We are seeking an organized and self-motivated person to fill the position of Call Center Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director, Customer Services. Responsibilities include clerical duties such as record keeping, data entry, and managing a multi-user calendar for the Customer Service Management Team. Other responsibilities will consist of acting as liaison between management, clients, and vendors, as well as event coordination for the Customer Service department.
As a Call Center Administrative Assistant, one must have knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail is essential for the position. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required. Previous knowledge in call center operations is a plus!
