Support all qulaity auditing positions and perform additional support functions as required (calibration monitoring, investigational reviews of products, etc.) Perform Investigation Reports (IR#s) with minimal supervision. Audit receiving, international, outsource, in process items. Perform UPS/Truck audits, and outbound product audits to specifications. Establish and maintain quality documentation. Report all rejections. Create and maintain monthly reports regarding inspection results. Maintain calibrations with documentation, monitoring, and testing. Must have: High school diploma or equivalent; Structured, systematic, neat organized work habits; Solid MS Office skills; Ability to use calibrated measuring equipment including a comparator, caliper, weight scales, etc; Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Familiarity with ANSI sampling plans; Excellent problem solving & follow up skills; Good technical/mechanical aptitude; Excellent math skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Team orientation; 3+ years quality inspection backgrounds. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 80#
