Define and maintainin an documentation including SOP's, QCP's, PPAP's, drawings. Perform internal/External audits. Review and record performance of suppliers. Updatie inspection & testing techniques. Oversee Corrective action process (CCAR, SCAR, and MRB systems). Ensure systems are in place to improve product and process reliability. Requires 3 - 5 years knowledge of and work experience in quality systems (document control, calibration, corrective action practices, ISO/TS Experience, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.); Documentation skills; Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word) and AutoCAD software familiarity; Effective facilitation and coaching skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers; neat organized work habits; Technical/Mechanical aptitude. Proficiency with Calipers and other layout equipment; Basic SPC and drawing interpretation skills. Basic computer skills; Lifting up to 80#. Background in plastics manufacturing processes preferred. Associate degree in technical preferred, or ASQ certifications accepted.
