In your first year of development, you’ll execute the following objectives…..
1. You’ll sit side by side with an experienced Executive Recruiter(15-20 years of successful search and placement experience within Information Technology) 2. You’ll develop a market niche. 3. You’ll cold call the “currently employed” marketplace. 4. You’ll pre-screen and interview candidates. 5. You’ll walk candidates through every step of the interview and placement process.

You have to be willing to sacrifice short-term gain for the long-term financial opportunity that the recruiting industry offers.
