Massage Envy Inc. is a national franchise and fast growing chain of over 700 massage clinics where customers can quickly and easily schedule a multitude of quality massages at a reasonable price during convenient time frames. We are rapidly expanding and will open a clinic located in Rocky River's Beachcliff Plaza in June of 2008. We are looking for the right candidate to start ASAP!
Are you outgoing, friendly and eager to learn about sales and management? Do you enjoy people and selling services? Sales Team Leader will work well with the massage and sales staff, perform some administrative tasks and will ensure the daily operations of the clinic are moving in the right direction by achieving membership and retail sales goals, managing sales associates and massage therapy staff, training and monitoring the performance of sales associates, and creating and maintaining work schedules. Team Leader will also assist owner with community marketing events and activities.
Sales Team Leader will provide excellent service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members and guests upon arrival and selling memberships. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail will also be needed to generate sales reports, payroll, bank deposits, maintain inventory and order supplies at the owners request. And lastly, the Sales Team Leader role will be to ensure the members and guests have a positive clinic experience and want to come back for more massages.
Success Profile:
*Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Ability to sell Massage Envy Wellness Programs. *Ability to take direction and apply newly learned management techniques. *Ability to work well with others and improve others performance by delivering effective coaching and feedback. *Administrative skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. *College education is a plus. *Sales and/or marketing experience are helpful but not necessary. *Retail and or service industry background is a plus. *Flexible hours. Must be able to work most Saturdays.
