Our client, located in Denver, CO, a leader in the manufacturing industry, currently seeks a Strategic Sourcing Leader
The Strategic Sourcing Leader is responsible for: • Global sourcing strategies for purchased components, sub-assemblies and finished products. • Advanced negotiation including supplier core competency assessments, performance agreement development and surveillance, documented commodity strategies with cost input analyses and forecasting, benchmarking and scorecards. • Work cross-functionally with key suppliers and internal staff at all levels.
Candidates must have: • Bachelor degree required. • Ten or more years sourcing in an industrial environment. • Experience sourcing from Asia, Europe, or Latin America. • Ability to travel 20-50%. • Electronic supply and ERP processes such as IFS or Oracle.
