We are actively recruiting outgoing optimistic sales associates with strong interpersonal skills who will focus on selling Wellness Programs in our growing Massage Therapy Clinic. The sales associate will develop relationships with clients, listen to their needs and explain the benefits of a 12 month Wellness Membership.
Sales Associate will receive coaching and direction from the Sales Team Leader to improve overall clinic sale results. Sales Associate duties will focus on selling memberships and also assist the Sales Team Leader with duties such as maintaining a professional front desk, assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, member folder maintenance, data entry of client records and surveys, assisting in maintaining clean therapy rooms, common areas and store room. Other various duties such as assisting with special community marketing projects and other duties will be assigned.
Success Profile for Wellness Sales Associate:
• Ability to listen and accept coaching. • Customer service and sales experience is a plus. • Ability to effectively communicate with members and quests. • Ability to multi-tasking and work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment. • Ability to work flexible days and hours. • Must be able to work weekends. • Passion for massage therapy or other wellness themes. • Must be motivated to work and earn income on a base plus commission pay plan.
