Our client, located in North Ridgeville, a leader in the manufacturing industry, currently seeks a Human Resources Training and Development Manager.
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for: • Lead the process with functional groups to assess current learning needs in both behavioral and technical competencies. • Establish new learning opportunity channels through partnering with outside educational institution resources, training program vendors, e-learning programs and through the development of internal development programs. • Provide associates with the tools and support to grow professionally and to enhance their organizational performance and career potential through the use of assessment tools, recommendation of on the job and classroom training opportunities and the development of goal-driven career plans. • Develops a team environment that values diversity and uses various individual’s strengths to the benefit of the team.
Candidates must have: • Bachelor’s Degree. • Minimum 5 years experience in a Training and Development role. • Experience managing new product development including a mechanical and electrical scope is required.
Compensation: • $85,000-95,000
